Therapy is amazing for working through deep emotional challenges - I love my therapist! Coaching is a little different. It’s focused on guidance, real-life tools, and helping your teen build new habits and skills to support their personal growth. Think of me as an older sister figure who has recently navigated similar experiences, but with the training and credentials to create a safe, supportive space for your teen. Because I’m able to share openly from my own experiences (including growing up with social media), our sessions feel more relatable, approachable, and practical. Together, we focus on mindfulness, emotional awareness, confidence, and strategies your teen can actually use in everyday life. It’s supportive, relatable, and action-oriented. It’s like having a guide and cheerleader walking alongside them every step of the way.

I offer flexible coaching packages to fit your family’s needs, including single sessions, 6-session, or 12-session bundles. Payment is collected upfront for each package, and I’ll walk you through all the options during your free consultation so it’s easy to choose what works best for you. Form of payment is also flexible for each family!

That’s completely normal! Sessions are gentle and paced to your teen’s comfort level. We use interactive tools like journaling, meditations, and visualizations so they can express themselves in ways that feel natural. Most teens open up quickly in this environment once they recognize that it is safe, casual and extremely supportive.

Absolutely! Optional parent check-ins are available to share progress and guidance on reinforcing tools at home. You’ll also get tips and support between sessions to help your teen practice new skills.

Not at all! Activities are beginner-friendly, fun, and approachable. Teens learn at their own pace, and many end up falling in love with the practices because they feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves.

Both! Sessions can be done virtually via Google Meetings or in person in New York City, whichever is easiest and most comfortable for your teen.
